He explained much needed information, and showed me that Realty Solutions LLC does care about me as a tenant and my rental property as well. I have a much better understanding now of the process. I love the unit! I use to own here and coming back after being gone for nearly 3 years is awesome. I like that realty solutions keeps the same vendors long term. When I lived here in 2019 and needed an electrician it was the sane company and guy that came out both times. As a female I appreciate the consistency.
