ROBERT A. GLEANER, ESQUIRE

Over 40 years of experience providing practical legal solutions and advice to our clients for all real estate related matters.

Enjoy the ride!” Bio Rob is a graduate of Rutgers University (1978) and The Delaware Law School of Widener University (1981) and is licensed to practice law in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania. He has a successful law practice in Audubon, NJ with a concentration in real estate law. Rob has served as the solicitor for several zoning/planning boards, has been a member and Chairman of a zoning board and has held several municipal appointments, currently serving as Municipal Court Judge in Haddon Township. Rob has also represented several condo and homeowner association boards through his practice gaining insight into the management of these communities from a unique perspective. This broad legal expertise is invaluable as Realty Solutions continually expands. Having an in-house attorney is an added perk for the clients of Realty Solutions. His extensive involvement with many facets of real estate coaching has led him to the where he is today, responsible for Leadership, Marketing, Networking and Mentoring. His involvement focuses on the needs of investors along with homeowner associations, commercial management, and real estate law issues. Dave brings over thirty (30) years of real estate experience to his work and continues to invest in real estate himself. Also, a Mind-Set Coach for Frame of Mind Coaching, Dave helps other professionals achieve their ultimate goals. Dave has an extensive background in marketing, advertising, and business management, using it as a unique approach to leadership coaching. With his passion for helping people reach their goals, and most importantly live happy peaceful lives, he helps clients create the success they want. His efforts have been rewarded with an ever-increasing client base. Dave’s focus is always on expansion and growth along with assisting clients with “Big-Picture” issues. He enjoys challenging his team to serve more while encouraging a group approach to problem solving. Dave has one incredible daughter named Grae who is the joy of his life.
