About the Owners

Robert A. Gleaner: CEO, CLO

Rob is a graduate of Rutgers University (1978) and The Delaware Law School of Widener University (1981) and is licensed to practice law in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania. He has a successful law practice in Audubon, NJ with a concentration in real estate law.

Rob has served as the solicitor for several zoning/planning boards, has been a member and Chairman of a zoning board and has held several municipal appointments, currently serving as Municipal Court Judge in Haddon Township. Rob has also represented several condo and homeowner association boards through his practice gaining insight into the management of these communities from a unique perspective.

David S. Gorham: COO, CSO

David brings over twenty-seven (27) years of real estate experience to Realty Solutions. He continues to invest in real estate himself and his extensive involvement with all facets of real estate transactions has led him to the property management industry. As a Sales Agent and eventual Broker of Record he has enjoyed success while he managed large sales teams at several Coldwell Banker offices.

Forming his own property management company has been a natural progression for David and his efforts have been rewarded with an ever increasing client base. His focus at Realty Solutions is expansion and growth along with assisting clients with “Big-Picture” issues for/in their portfolios. He enjoys leading and challenging his team and encourages a group effort when problem solving issues. David graduated from Rowan University and spends his leisure time with his wife, daughter, and their beloved dog, Charlie.

The company takes good care of the property, lawn is cut 1 time a week in the warm weather then when it is winter they come out and shovel snow and salt the walks .If I need a repair it is always done in a very professional manner.
