I’m a big fan of the tenant portals. It makes paying rent and putting in maintenance requests super easy. Whenever there is an issue you guys are pretty good at responsibility at a decent time. I have no issues with reality solutions. The only thing I’d recommend is getting better maintenance people. I put in a request probably 3 times since I’ve lived here and for some reason when we have super heavy rains the ceiling in my bedroom still leaks and each time it does the crack in the ceiling gets bigger. But no issues with u guys just the maintenance people who come, they walk on the roof for 15 minutes and the. Leave.
