We have been using Realty Solutions since April 2024. They are a terrific Real Estate Management Company, with great staff. They communicate with the tenants in our condos (who sometimes are difficult). They deal with rent payments, new leases, necessary maintenance and repairs, and other issues that crop up. They keep the records that we need on their easy-to-use portal. We highly recommend Realty Solutions!

Andy the director of the business handled everything with fast pace and ease. Just remember that this place is the middle man between the owner and you. Don’t shoot the messenger, is what I have learned.

Andy has been an absolute rockstar in helping us mediate a security deposit discrepancy with the owner of the place we rented. He had an extremely quick turnaround and this issue was able to be resolved in one day! Andy does amazing work and I am thankful to have had him mediate this conflict to ensure it was done so in a timely manner.
