My girlfriend and I had gotten an apartment managed by this company. They delayed in getting us the proper paperwork, MAJORLY. We had looked into an apartment and were not able to get to the lease until weeks later because of “complications” which really just seemed like people weren’t even doing their job. This was for an apartment that was listed as “available now”. How come we were able to look at the place, decide on it, let y’all know we were ready, and y’all didn’t get back to us for weeks? After the lease had been signed, we had everything ready to move, we had been given the key to our apartment, and then couldn’t even get into the building. There’s NO reason whatsoever that after having paid a full month’s rent in advance, we couldn’t even get into the building in which our apartment was. We do not suggest this office at all. Overall: lack of communication, unexplained and ambiguous delays, and poor property management.

They charge $50 extra for rental insurance they threaten for eviction then charge you 1000’s to stop it terrible customer service and hard to contact

I never leave a negative review, but I would leave zero stars if I could. We signed a lease with Realty Solutions in Sept 2024, and it was quite possibly the biggest mistake I've ever made. We moved into our apartment only to find out one month in that it was infested with roaches. We reached out to maintenance multiple times to rectify this issue, and we were told that any pest control services had to be paid for by us. That already felt absurd, but we paid for it anyway because we were desperate. The roach infestation never got better, and they refused to treat the remainder of the building. I spent over $1,500 out of pocket on pest control expenses. After 8 months of living with roaches all over my kitchen, no matter how much I cleaned it, I had enough. I reached out to break my lease early. They agreed to break the lease on the condition that they found a new tenant. They ended up finding a new tenant and even asked us to leave earlier than anticipated. Fast forward to September, and they are charging my account for September's rent. Meanwhile, a new tenant has been secured and has already moved into the unit. I send them every screenshot I have to prove that they had approved of us moving out Sept 1st, that they had secured a tenant, and that they mentioned nothing of owing any further rent. Radio silence. I haven't heard from them in weeks. I am now $2000 in debt because they refuse to answer my emails but keep charging my card for rent while there already was a tenant living in and paying rent for said apartment. I tried disputing the charges, freezing my account, and even filed a complaint with the better business bureau. I also threatened them to take action with a lawyer. Again - radio silence. At this point, this feels like theft. Stay far, far away from this business. They are con artists.
Maintenance is a joke, can’t get ahold of them directly. Have been dealing with a broke shower for 4 days now. Awful service and they don’t care
