Royal Oaks Phase IV HOA

I went to view 265 W Greenwich on Sunday October 12, 2025. I got the key out of the lock box and when I put the key in the tumbler just just spin and spin. I couldn't get in! Of course you cannot reach a person since it was the weekend. Forget about texting because that's an AI. I went to view the property today October 16, 2025, with a friend, today there wasn't a lock box anywhere to be found. How can you rent a place when you can't get in to? After several frustrating days of not getting into the place, we finally got in on October 17, 2025!! It was worth the wait.

too much involved in getting maintenance issues resolved. after several attempts one, in particular, remains, remains a problem.
Maintenace requests are not handled efficiently.
