I do not recommend this company to anyone. They try to rip people off to get more money for themselves . My place was supposed to be ready in Sept but fail so I moved in October. They claimed they needed to spackle and paint , which was not done , I had pictures to prove that. The place is dirty and has been dirty since the day I moved in. It's one of those places, no matter how much you clean it, it still looks disgusting and dirty . I moved in not knowing there was roaches in the building coming from someone's unit. I found out because they all came at once the day after , I complained about it. They came out for 4 weeks, and sprayed. The exterminator said they need to go out this one apartment because they're all there and that's where they're coming from. Not to mention people denied service!! After they came out for 4 weeks, they said, if you still have roaches in your apartment, it's on you. You are responsible. That's not the way it works. Not to mention I took pictures, of the apartment when I moved in . There was a hole underneath the bathroom sink, in the pipe was a rag and it was leaking. Which proves my point, this apartment didn't pass inspection. they told me it wasn't going to be ready because they were spackling and painting but really the place was a mess. Not to mention I did not have a thermostat, which isn't legal, even if somebody controlled the heat through the vents that I had didn't feel anything from heat to cool. And I had somebody come out to clean it out. I'm telling you right now do not rent from these people they are trying to charge me after I moved out. I was a good tenant I paid my rent on time I didn't bother anybody they just keep up in your rent every year my place was 300 ft² which is nothing, that is a room with a stove. Moved out did not get my security to deposit back as I took care of that place no matter how dirty it was. I did my best on my end, and they still and the end tried to charge me. Grasses never mowed, they never plowed. Trash cans are right by the house, which is disgusting. So giving one star is actually considerate of me. I would give them no stars.

If you hear the 3rd party holding your deposit the is called Obilgo! Run away! It’s some kind of Insurance company that your tenant is supposed to pay and you will never get your deposit money back!
