Realty Solutions is leading the way in accessing the funds available through the RECOVERS Emergency Rental Assistance Program. We’ve managed to bring in over $175,000 in emergency rental assistance. We’ve assisted our residents with overdue rental payments with their applications and those investment property owners are now breathing a big sigh of relief.
This is just the beginning. We expect to continue accessing these funds for owners who have not been able to rely on consistent rental income. We’ll continue applying for assistance through the end of the year.
