As a buyer, I was disappointed with my experience. Communication felt inconsistent, and I often found myself following up for updates. My girlfriend and I had gotten an apartment managed by this company. They delayed in getting us the proper paperwork, MAJORLY. We had looked into an apartment and were not able to get to the lease until weeks later because of “complications” which really just seemed like people weren’t even doing their job. This was for an apartment that was listed as “available now”. How come we were able to look at the place, decide on it, let y’all know we were ready, and y’all didn’t get back to us for weeks? After the lease had been signed, we had everything ready to move, we had been given the key to our apartment, and then couldn’t even get into the building. There’s NO reason whatsoever that after having paid a full month’s rent in advance, we couldn’t even get into the building in which our apartment was. We do not suggest this office at all. Overall: lack of communication, unexplained and ambiguous delays, and poor property management.
